🛍️ Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

You received the wrong item.

The item is unopened and in its original condition and packaging (for non-customized products).
Please Note:

We do not accept returns on customized, made-to-order, or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Clearance or sale items are non-returnable.
🔄 Return Process
To initiate a return:

Reason for return

Photos/videos of the issue (if applicable)

Once approved, you will be instructed on how to send the item back.

Return shipping costs are:

Covered by Bela.pk if the error is ours (damaged, wrong item).

Covered by the customer for all other return reasons.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
